You are entitled to refuse any room or independent student flat that you are offered. However, your registration will be temporarily blocked if you fail to respond to the accommodation offer or if you refuse an offer for accommodation three times. Your registration will remain blocked until you have contacted the housing corporation and have received an explanation about the accommodation service system.
